2018 was marked by high-paced growth for General UI with continued momentum heading into 2019. To support that growth in 2018 we scaled our internal infrastructure and processes, and are pleased to introduce the following key hires, some of whom you may have already met:
Thatcher Hubbard, Senior Consulting Architect - DevOps. Thatcher helps our clients gain a strategic perspective on DevOps and contemporary best practices for the continual integration and delivery of production software products.
Jessica Alspaugh, Senior Product Manager. Alspaugh works with customers and our internal engineering teams to ensure that General UI successfully delivers on customer vision, and that we execute and meet overall project success metrics.
Eddie Antuna, Director of Recruiting & Delivery. Our Managed Services has found great success helping customers fill critical, senior IT leadership positions. We are excited to accelerate this part of our business, with Eddie serving as point person charged with cultivating and maintaining relationships and recruitment opportunities.
Sue Pess, Director of Operations. This is Sue’s second promotion at General UI, originally starting out as Operations Administrator. Sue built and manages the internal processes we rely on to properly scale and manage our rapid growth. We appreciate Sue’s ongoing commitment to excellence at General UI.
John Nelson, Director of Community Outreach. John works with the Seattle software development community, working closely with both customers and developers to ensure that General UI is well-respected and deeply embedded into the “the local fabric.”
Don Biszek, Vice President of Services. Don provides a company-wide approach to project management and scalable growth and oversees the execution of a portfolio of programs that address client needs and exceed expectations.
Jeni Mattson, Executive Director of Product UX. Jeni leads the company’s best-of-breed product strategy, user experience, and design practice, with a focus on building out a strong culture centered around user-centered product thinking that support business goals tightly integrated with our development teams.
